1. Who We Are
Simplify AI SEO & GEO (the "App") is a Wix application provided by Simplify AI, a subsidiary of Croatian Connection LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App accesses, stores, and shares when installed on a merchant's Wix site.
2. What We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect, store, or process:
- End-customer personal data: names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or payment information.
- Site visitor tracking data, cookies, or analytics of any kind. The App does not track your site's visitors.
- Any data unrelated to the specific blog posts and product descriptions you choose to select for content rewriting.
3. What We Do Collect and Store
To provide the App's functionality, we store the following on your Wix site's own data storage (see "Where Your Data Lives" below):
- Your Wix app instance ID — identifies your installation of the App on your specific Wix site.
- Content you select for rewriting — the original text (blog post excerpts/body, product descriptions) and the AI-generated rewritten version, along with which optimization type (SEO or GEO) was requested and whether you approved, rejected, or haven't yet reviewed each suggestion.
- Monthly usage counts — the number of rewrites generated per calendar month, used to enforce your subscription plan's limit.
None of the above constitutes personal data about your customers or site visitors — it is your own merchant-authored site content and app usage metadata.
4. Where Your Data Lives
All data the App stores lives in your own Wix site's data storage (Wix's CMS/Data Collections), provisioned specifically for your installation when you install the App. We do not operate a separate database or server that holds your data outside of Wix's own infrastructure. Your data is not pooled with, or accessible from, other merchants' installations.
5. Third-Party Data Sharing
When you request a rewrite, the specific text you selected (and only that text — not your full site, not customer data) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI-based content generation. This is the only third party we share content with, and only the specific content you actively choose to rewrite. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for how they handle data sent to their API.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Data described in Section 3 persists in your site's data storage for as long as the App remains installed. When you uninstall the App, all data described in Section 3 is automatically and permanently deleted from your site's data storage as part of the uninstall process. This deletion cannot be undone.
You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored data at any time before uninstalling by contacting us at admdebv@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is a business tool for Wix site merchants and is not directed at or knowingly used by children under 16.
8. International Data Transfers
Data described in this policy is processed and stored on Wix's infrastructure and, for content sent for rewriting, on Anthropic's infrastructure. Please refer to Wix's and Anthropic's own privacy and data processing documentation for details on their respective data transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at admdebv@gmail.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling any request.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App dashboard or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
