1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Simplify AI SEO & GEO (the "App"), a Wix application provided by Simplify AI, a subsidiary of Croatian Connection LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you ("you" or "the Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of the Service
The App scans a merchant's Wix site content (blog posts and store product descriptions) and uses a third-party AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to generate rewritten versions optimized for traditional search engines (SEO) and AI answer engines (GEO — Generative Engine Optimization).
No change is ever published automatically. Every AI-generated suggestion is presented for your review, and is only applied to your live site content after you explicitly approve it. You may reject any suggestion.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- Content suggested by the App is generated by a third-party large language model. We do not guarantee the accuracy, factual correctness, legal compliance, or brand appropriateness of any AI-generated suggestion.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing every suggestion before approving it. By clicking "Approve," you confirm that you have reviewed the content and take full responsibility for publishing it to your site.
- The App is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to approve and publish, including but not limited to factual inaccuracies, trademark or copyright issues, or negative SEO/GEO impact.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
- The App offers a free plan and paid subscription plans with different monthly rewrite-generation limits, as described in the App's pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Wix's billing system. All payments are processed by Wix; we do not directly collect or store your payment information.
- Monthly rewrite limits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through Wix's app management interface. Refunds, if any, are subject to Wix's standard billing policies.
5. Data and Privacy
- The App reads and, upon your approval, writes text content (blog post excerpts/body text, product descriptions) on your Wix site.
- The App does not collect, store, or process end-customer personal data (names, emails, addresses, or similar). It stores only: your Wix app instance identifier, the content it has generated suggestions for, and your monthly usage count.

6. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including Anthropic's Claude API for content generation and Wix's platform APIs for reading and writing site content and processing billing. Your use of the App is also subject to:

7. Merchant Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to modify the content on the Wix site where the App is installed.
- Any content you approve for publication complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
- You will not use the App to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates Wix's platform policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including content you approve for publication.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App dashboard or email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
